EXPECTATIONS:
Coaching takes place on a one-to-one basis and occurs via telephone, per predetermined appointment. Telephone work will allow you a sense of security, freedom and also makes demographics a non issue.
Part of working with me as your coach is that I will ask a lot of you. Not too much, I hope, but certainly more than your may have been asked in the past. I need you to be willing to experiment with fresh approaches and be open to redesign the parts of your life that you are able to work on right now. Using all of your gifts you can more easily reach your goals, of stronger emotional balance, personal growth and a symptom free life. Perhaps for the first time you will enjoy life as it is meant to be enjoyed.
For this to happen please be willing to:

My Clients are special people! They are
not always aware of all their many strengths and abilities. Coaching helps them recognize and capitalize on their strengths and facilitate their good mental health and enjoy personal growth.
I am blessed with the privilege of choosing my clients; I want and enjoy each one and they enjoy and benefit from working with me. If all of the above is not realized, I will refer you to an alternative resource or to a coach who is better able to meet your needs.
Come to a Coaching Session Prepared With an Agenda: We have a set amount of time together each week. To get the most from our sessions it is to your benefit to have the
Coaching Call Preparation Form filled out and we will start our session together with that information.

Our first task will be to find out exactly what you want. Together we will distinguish between what you
coulda, shoulda, oughta and haveta from what you, in your heart, really want for yourself. You will be much more likely to take action and maintain progress on reaching your goals and visions, because we will base these goals and visions on your true values. I set the foundation for this work by initially doing an intake session with the client. The intake session
may last up to three hours. State of the art motivational strategies and problem solving skills will empower you to overcome any obstacles and insure your success.
